Lead Trainer and Company Director

I have a rich background in professional services, safety and security. I served 3 years with Hampshire Constabulary and spent 12 years in security roles, gaining valuable experience in the areas I can train in and would like to develop further into. 

As a qualified project manager (PFQ), I streamlined processes for companies ranging from local electricity firms to global consultancies. Meaning I understand business and business needs. 

I'm a family man, with two young kids and a wonderful wife. When considering my training plans, I always have them at the forefront of my mind, and often emphasize "what if this was a member of your family" it tends to help when relating subject matter to the learners. 

My philosophy is simple: Equip individuals and businesses with the right training and support to reduce stress and promote a safe, healthy work/home environment and you'll get the best for everyone.
