We speak to your leadership team to get a better understanding of how your team functions! We explore the current setup, what works well, what doesn't work so well, and where any potential session bottlenecks might pop up. All this information is then analysed and prepped ready for Step 2

We go back to the workship and design a play session, time specific, game specific and team specific. That will allow you to get the outcomes you require from the session. Some examples have been:

"Better team bonding"

"who's my best communicator, leader etc?"

"Who needs to develop in what area"

STEP 3

The play session is delivered on the agreed upon date.

Feedback is provided to ourselves, and the data obtained from the trainer will be discussed both verbally and via communication to give you a full understanding of your team.

Virtual Play Taster Session - 1-2 hours

A taster session into the wonderful world of all things play. These mini sessions are created to align teams, give them and you an idea of what a full play session looks like whilst also giving you a small taste of what to expect if you chose to do a workshop

With a mixture of strategically created games and play, utilising all different variations of games to define what is required from you as a business. We'll put your team through their play paces at a fast pace to see how they adapt, behave and interact.

A purpose designed, specific full day of play designed to do one thing. Give your team a day they'll not forget in a long time, and give you analytics and data specific to building trust, strengthening team communication, psychological safety and building creative teams!

Train the Trainer 2 day sessions + coaching

Sometimes it's easier just to bring someone in to train your current training team. This offering allows our team to come in, train your training team on how play affects positive change within a training room, and how you can take your current offering and gamify it to enhance learning, enjoyment and knowledge retention.

Day 1 - Classroom and Tabletop exercises

Day 2 - Review current training offering and play development

+ added coaching for 1 year!

Multi Team Programme (over 6-2 weeks)

Taking the current offering above of full workshops, but scaling and scoping them to your full business rather than specific teams. Working with leadership teams, entry level staff and beyond to get a mix, blend and build of the best team dynamics driven by play based results, data analytics allowing for sound decisions on team collaborations, relationships, and more specifically organizational change.
