
Sometimes it's easier just to bring someone in to train your current training team. This offering allows our team to come in, train your training team on how play affects positive change within a training room, and how you can take your current offering and gamify it to enhance learning, enjoyment and knowledge retention.
Day 1 - Classroom and Tabletop exercises
Day 2 - Review current training offering and play development
+ added virtual coaching for 1 year!
We study, discuss and communicate to understand, you your team and your business.
We have a meeting to understand what you want out of a session/s and take all of that data away ready to go to step 2.
We go back to the workshop and design a play session, time specific, game specific and team specific. That will allow you to get the outcomes you require from the session. Some examples have been:
"Better team bonding"
"who's my best communicator, leader etc?"
"Who needs to develop in what area"
The play session is delivered on the agreed upon date.
The feedback obtained will be organically fed back as we go, but also provided in a written format to the person/s who have booked the session. Allowing for broader understanding or your teams, or what they need moving forward.
